Thrasher Strategies (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers a range of digital services including, but not limited to, web design, web development, branding, digital marketing, and consultation services (“Services”). These Terms govern all transactions, projects, and engagements with our clients.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:
- Provide accurate information to enable project timelines and quality outcomes.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Stripe’s policies when using our Services.
- Maintain all necessary backups of website or digital assets prior to engaging our Services.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
- Thrasher Strategies uses Stripe as our primary payment processor, and by transacting with us, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.
- Late payments may result in delays to service delivery or suspension of services.
4. Refund Policy
- Thrasher Strategies considers all payments final upon receipt; however, we do provide refunds in certain cases based on written requests and as outlined in specific contracts.
- Clients may request refunds by contacting support@thrasherstrategies.io. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- If Services are not delivered in line with the agreed project scope, we will provide revisions to align with client expectations as part of our commitment to quality.
5. Project Timelines and Scope Changes
- Project timelines are outlined in the initial proposal. Any delays caused by the client, such as delayed feedback or resource submission, may impact the timeline and overall delivery.
- Requests for changes beyond the initially agreed project scope may incur additional fees and may also impact delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, Thrasher Strategies grants the client ownership of the final project deliverables. Thrasher Strategies retains ownership of any design files, templates, or proprietary materials used to complete the project.
- Clients are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or reusing our materials beyond the scope of the agreed project.
7. Confidentiality
- Thrasher Strategies will maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, materials, and project details shared with us.
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect client information but cannot guarantee complete security of online data. Clients are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on their end.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Thrasher Strategies is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
- Thrasher Strategies is not responsible for damages due to third-party services, hosting platforms, or payment processors, including Stripe.
9. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service with a 30-day written notice.
- Thrasher Strategies reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of violation of these Terms or abusive behavior directed at our team.
- Upon termination, any outstanding fees will be invoiced to the client and must be settled in full.
10. Changes to These Terms
- Thrasher Strategies reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
